Please Note: Mattresses are sold separately. Product images may include decorative props for display purposes only. Please refer to the technical drawing for exact bed frame and mattress dimensions. Final finishes and upholstery should be confirmed during the design selection process.

• Cleaning: Wipe dirt from the furniture using a soft textile.
• Damp Cleaning: Clean with a damp cloth and avoid using excess water.
• Avoid Chemicals: Do not use chemicals or allow chemical contact with the furniture, as this may damage the natural finish and affect its strength.
• Avoid Polymer Paints: Do not apply polymer paints to the furniture.
• Scratches & Burns: Scratches, burns, residue, and other surface damage may be cleaned using fine sandpaper.

This product comes with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, borer problems, and inherent termites.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding (if any), and mechanisms (if any).

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the furniture over prolonged use.
• Small cuts, scratches, or damage caused by the customer due to improper improvement methods, impacts, or accidents.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Cracks developed during moving or displacement of the furniture.
• Fading caused by direct exposure to daylight.
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water.
• Upholstery materials, such as seat covers, are not covered under warranty.
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or unapproved, non-standard furniture cleaning procedures.
• As per trade standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted due to varying floor and surface levels and is not covered under the warranty.

Delivery & Installation

Our support and delivery team will contact you to provide a hassle-free furniture delivery and installation experience.

• Free delivery and installation are applicable on a minimum purchase of AED 1,500.
• If a customer misses a scheduled delivery, an additional visiting charge may apply for rescheduling a new delivery date.
• In the absence of a service elevator, our delivery partner will leave the furniture on the ground floor. If the furniture needs to be carried through the staircase, additional charges per floor will apply for delivery to the customer’s floor upon request.
• Additional charges will apply for weekend or time-specific deliveries.
• If you are unable to accept delivery at the specified or scheduled time, your product(s) will be held at our warehouse hub for 10 days.
• In case of a no-show, CreativeFurniture.ae reserves the right to charge the applicable fees or cancel the order.

Furniture featuring complex and hand-painted details is meticulously created by master craftsmen, following the traditions of generations of accomplished artisans. Each piece of furniture is therefore unique, and slight variations may occur between the product image and the actual product.

Placing an Order

Please check the size of the entrance or door to your premises before purchasing to ensure a hassle-free furniture delivery experience.

If the furniture cannot enter your premises, the responsibility will lie with the purchaser, and we will not be able to accept any returns or cancellations.

Some furniture items are made as a single piece and may not require assembly.

On Delivery

Our support and delivery team will coordinate with you to provide a hassle-free furniture delivery and installation experience.

• Free delivery is applicable only for the first delivery attempt to your shipping address.
• In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to the customer, an additional visiting charge will apply for a later installation.
• In the absence of a service elevator in your building, our delivery partner will deliver the furniture only to the ground floor, where applicable.
• Additional charges apply for deliveries on public holidays and weekends.
• If the customer fails to receive the furniture, we will hold the furniture at our warehouse for 10 days. Thereafter, Creative Furniture will be free to charge or cancel the order.

Damages

The Creative Furniture delivery service is designed to provide a zero-damage and hassle-free delivery experience.

Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product. The issue should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery, and a complaint should be lodged with our customer care team or by email at support@creativefurniture.ae.

All damages and defects will be assessed within 72 hours, and our team will provide a solution.

If our personnel determine that the furniture is broken or damaged, the product may be returned or replaced, or an alternative solution will be provided as deemed appropriate by Creative Furniture to resolve the issue.

Any missing components required for product assembly should be immediately reported to the Customer Support team so they can be delivered to you as soon as possible.
