These terms regulate purchasing, scheduling, craftsmanship parameters, and local assembly agreements for the Creative Furniture catalog. By making purchases, you agree to these legal conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our e-commerce catalog, booking bespoke consultation tours, or confirming local purchase receipts, you register full alignment with these terms of trade.
2. Products & Pricing Accuracy
Every listed price is defined in UAE Dirhams (AED) and is fully exclusive of VAT unless outlined clearly. Custom woodwork quotes undergo a strict 30-day baseline offer period from the exact timestamp of delivery.
3. Orders & Payment Schedule
Standard pieces charge 100% at check-out. Bespoke, specialized, or dimensional carpentry items require a 50% upfront production deposit, with the remaining 50% due on delivery.
4. Shipping & Premium Delivery
Deliveries within the mainland UAE are free above a threshold of AED 50. Hand assembly and setup services happen concurrently with our specialist in-house logistics fleet.
5. Return, Exchange, & Swatch Refunds
Standard furniture can be returned easily within 30 days for a full refund. Customized commissions, specialized layout assemblies, and custom fabrics cannot be refunded once custom cutting has commenced.
