The Masusa Baby Cot with Metal Details combines contemporary design, practical storage, and durable construction, making it a functional choice for customers looking for a baby cot in Dubai or customized nursery furniture in the UAE.

• Cleaning: Wipe dirt from the furniture using a soft textile.
• Damp Cleaning: Clean the furniture with a damp cloth and avoid using excess water.
• Avoid Chemicals: Avoid using chemicals or allowing chemical contact with the furniture, as this may damage the natural finish and affect the strength of the furniture.
• Avoid Polymer Paints: Do not apply polymer paints to the furniture.
• Scratches & Burns: Scratches, burns, residue, and other surface damage may be cleaned using fine sandpaper.

This product comes with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, borer problems, and inherent termites.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding (if any), and mechanisms (if any).

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the furniture over prolonged use.
• Small cuts, scratches, or damage caused by the customer due to improper improvement methods, impacts, or accidents.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Cracks developed during moving or displacement of the furniture.
• Fading caused by direct exposure to daylight.
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water.
• Upholstery materials, such as seat covers, are not covered under warranty.
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or unapproved, non-standard furniture cleaning procedures.

As per trade standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted due to varying floor and surface levels. This is not covered under the warranty.

Delivery & Installation

Our support and delivery team will contact you to provide a hassle-free furniture delivery and installation experience.

• Free delivery and installation are applicable on a minimum purchase of AED 1,500.
• If a customer misses a scheduled delivery, an additional visiting charge may apply for rescheduling a new delivery date.
• In the absence of a service elevator, our delivery partner will leave the furniture on the ground floor. If the furniture needs to be carried through the staircase, additional charges per floor will apply for delivery to the customer’s floor upon request.
• Additional charges will apply for weekend or time-specific deliveries.
• If the customer is unable to accept delivery at the specified or scheduled time, the product(s) will be held at our warehouse hub for 10 days.
• In case of a no-show, CreativeFurniture.ae reserves the right to charge the applicable fees or cancel the order.

Furniture featuring complex and hand-painted details is meticulously created by master craftsmen, following the traditions of generations of accomplished artisans. Each piece of furniture is therefore unique, and slight variations may occur between the product images and the actual product.

Placing an Order

Please check the size of the entrance and doors to your premises before purchasing to ensure a hassle-free furniture delivery experience.

If the furniture cannot enter your premises due to access or size restrictions, this will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and Creative Furniture will not be able to accept returns or cancellations.

Some furniture items are manufactured as a single piece and may not require assembly.

On Delivery

Our support and delivery team will coordinate with you to provide a hassle-free delivery and installation experience.

• Free delivery is applicable only to the first delivery attempt at the provided shipping address.
• In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to the customer, an additional visiting charge may apply for a later delivery or installation.
• In the absence of a service elevator, our delivery partner will deliver the furniture only to the ground floor, where applicable.
• Additional charges will apply for deliveries scheduled on public holidays and weekends.
• If the customer fails to receive the furniture at the scheduled time, the furniture will be held at our warehouse for 10 days. After this period, Creative Furniture reserves the right to charge applicable fees or cancel the order.

Damages

The Creative Furniture delivery service is designed to provide a zero-damage and hassle-free delivery experience.

Please contact our Customer Support team immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

• Any damaged or defective product must be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery.
• A complaint should also be submitted to our Customer Support team or emailed to support@creativefurniture.ae.
• All reported damages and defects will be assessed within 72 hours, after which our team will provide an appropriate solution.
• If our team determines that the furniture is broken or damaged, the product may be returned or replaced, or an alternative solution may be provided as deemed appropriate by Creative Furniture.
• Any missing components required for product assembly should be reported immediately to the Customer Support team so they can be delivered as soon as possible.
