Furniture Care & Cleaning Instructions

• Cleaning: Wipe dirt from the furniture using a soft textile.
• Damp Cleaning: Clean the furniture with a damp cloth and avoid using excess water.
• Avoid Chemicals: Avoid using chemicals or allowing chemical contact with the furniture, as this may damage the natural finish and affect the strength of the furniture.
• Avoid Polymer Paints: Do not apply polymer paints to the furniture.
• Scratches & Burns: Scratches, burns, residue, and other surface damage may be cleaned using fine sandpaper.

This product comes with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, borer problems, and inherent termites.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding (if any), and mechanisms (if any).

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the furniture over prolonged use.
• Small cuts, scratches, or damage caused by the customer due to improper improvement methods, impacts, or accidents.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Cracks developed during moving or displacement of the furniture.
• Fading caused by direct exposure to daylight.
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water.
• Upholstery materials, such as seat covers, are not covered under warranty.
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or unapproved, non-standard furniture cleaning procedures.

As per trade standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted due to varying floor and surface levels. This is not covered under the warranty.

Delivery & Installation

Our support and delivery team will contact you to provide a hassle-free furniture delivery and installation experience.

• Free delivery and installation are applicable on a minimum purchase of AED 1,500.
• If a customer misses a scheduled delivery, an additional visiting charge may apply for rescheduling a new delivery date.
• In the absence of a service elevator, our delivery partner will leave the furniture on the ground floor. If the furniture needs to be carried through the staircase, additional charges per floor will apply for delivery to the customer’s floor upon request.
• Additional charges will apply for weekend or time-specific deliveries.
• If the customer is unable to accept delivery at the specified or scheduled time, the product(s) will be held at our warehouse hub for 10 days.
• In case of a no-show, CreativeFurniture.ae reserves the right to charge the applicable fees or cancel the order.

Billing Regulations

Timelines for the Order Process, Payment & Production

Payment Reflecting Period

The time required for payment to reflect in our account after an order has been placed through one of our available payment methods is outlined below:

• Bank Transfer: 1–2 working days after the transaction date.
• Credit Card: 2–3 working days after the transaction date.
• Debit Card: 1–2 working days after the transaction date.
• Post Pay: 1–2 working days after the transaction date.

The order will be confirmed once the payment reflects in our account. Online order placement dates will not be taken into account.

We will notify you immediately if there is a pricing issue that prevents us from processing your order.

Registered Email ID & Contact Number

• Ensure that the official email address and contact number used to place the order are active and available for design-related communication.
• Any changes to the registered email address or contact number must be reported through our official email address at info@creativefurniture.ae, together with the order number and payment information for order processing.

Design + Material Approval Email

• A Design + Material Approval Email, including 2D drawings, materials, and hardware photographs, will be provided for confirmation within 2–3 working days after payment has reflected in our account.
• The customer must wait for the Design + Material Approval Email at the email address used to place the order.

Material & Hardware

• If the requested materials are available, we will suggest them to you. Otherwise, we will provide the closest available alternative for confirmation.
• The hardware used in your selected product design is subject to availability.
• For the product to proceed to production, the customer must officially approve the 2D drawings, materials, and hardware photographs by email.
• Customers are responsible for verifying that all 2D drawings correspond exactly to what they require for their selected product.
• As per the email confirmation, the production lead time is 10–14 working days, depending on the design, and should be discussed with the concerned person.
• Government holidays are not included in the production lead time.
• Before sending official email confirmation, customers may request changes to the product’s 2D drawings, materials, and hardware within the available dimensions and material range.
• Without formal email confirmation from the customer, no order will proceed to production.

Material Dissimilarities

• Our materials include Solid Pre-Laminate, Wooden Pre-Laminate, Wooden Veneer Finish, PU Paint Finish, Solid Wood Finish, PU Leather Upholstery, Velvet Upholstery, and Linen Upholstery, all sourced from commercially available materials.
• Each piece may have different characteristics, grain patterns, and markings even when the selected material is the same.
• Certain pieces may also feature oxidation, mineral stains, surface etches, natural knots, and line patterns.
• Due to these characteristics, Creative Furniture cannot accept responsibility for rejected orders.
• Our team will continually review our products and will not dispatch an item if it does not meet the required standards.
• Availability of materials displayed on our website is conditional.
• Although we make every effort to ensure availability, circumstances beyond our control may result in materials being unavailable or delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
• We receive new containers every month, and newer batches of certain materials may have subtle colour variations or technological advancements compared with earlier batches.
• If a customer places two orders for the same item during different periods, minor variations in colour or texture may occur as manufacturing technology advances.
• Even if an item is broken or defective, the packaging must be retained for returns. If a product is returned without packaging, Creative Furniture reserves the right to deduct 25% of the total product value.

Rules for Modifications & Changes

• If a customer requests modifications after an official email has been sent, production will be placed on hold. The team will provide an update regarding the production status within 1–2 working days.
• Photographs of the ongoing production process at our production facilities cannot be shared.
• Modifications will only be considered with an additional cost variation depending on the production stage.

Modification & Change Acceptance Timelines

• Changes to the product’s 2D design, material, and hardware selections after email confirmation must be accepted with an additional variation fee provided by the Creative Furniture Team within 1–2 working days.
• Following email confirmation, revisions to 2D designs will only be permitted with an additional variation fee provided by the Creative Furniture Team within 2–3 working days.
• Reducing the size, material, or hardware will not result in a reduction in cost.
• The production lead time will be reconsidered based on updated modification email confirmations and payment proof.

Shipping & Delivery Regulations

• Delivery is available only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Orders above AED 1,500 qualify for free delivery.
• Delivery and installation fees of AED 150 apply to orders below AED 1,500.
• No product shall be scheduled for delivery until 100% payment has been received.

Delivery Period

• If the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation is provided within 3–4 working days, the standard delivery time is 10–14 working days.
• If the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation is provided within 2–3 working days, express delivery within 5–7 working days is possible with additional fees.
• Orders within the UAE are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Important Delivery Information

• Customers are responsible for notifying the Creative Furniture Team after placing an order if medical certificates, vaccination evidence, or PCR tests are required at the delivery location.
• Please provide your written address, location pin, delivery location contact person, and entrance gate pass when our team contacts you for delivery details.
• Gate passes, delivery area access, and service lift access are the customer’s responsibility.
• The customer must obtain installation approval from local management where required.
• A signature is required when the package is received.
• The estimated delivery period will begin once the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation is received.

Rescheduling Delivery

• To reschedule an item that is already “out for delivery,” customers must contact Customer Service and pay the applicable additional charge.
• Delivery and installation fees will apply if the product cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability through email, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls; job-site issues; gate-pass requirements; or unforeseen installation instructions.
• Each order can be delivered to only one UAE address. Please place a separate order for each location if delivery is required to multiple addresses.
• Creative Furniture reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for remote locations.

Non-Delivered Items

• A maximum storage fee of AED 450 per day will be charged if the customer refuses to accept delivery of any merchandise on a specified delivery date.
• Creative Furniture will store products in its warehouse free of charge for 30 days from the order date. After this period, a monthly storage fee of 15% of the total order value will apply.
• Creative Furniture is not responsible for product defects or damage caused by the customer’s failure to accept delivery.
• If a product is not delivered or claimed within 90 working days of the order date, Creative Furniture is not responsible for delivering or handing over the product to the customer.

Order Cancellation

• If you change your mind and decide not to complete your purchase, you may request cancellation. We will only cancel the order and issue a refund if you have not received the Design + Material Approval Email.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• To receive a full refund, your order must be cancelled before receiving the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation.
• To cancel an order, send an email to info@creativefurniture.ae with the order number and payment receipt attached.
• For products ordered online, 10% of the total order value will be deducted if the order is cancelled before the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation has been sent to the registered email address, but before we receive the cancellation email.
• For products created to order, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the total purchase value if the order is cancelled after payment has been received. Once the Design + Material Approval Email confirmation has been delivered to the registered email address before we receive a cancellation email, 10% of service costs will be deducted from the total purchase value.
• No orders will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued once material/drawing confirmation has been received and the order has been processed for production.

Return / Purchase Policy

• No refund or credit note for any product shall be granted under any circumstances.
• Creative Furniture is an online furniture store that allows customers to specify the dimensions and materials required for their selected products.
• Due to size and material variations resulting from site restrictions or customer preferences, returns will not be accepted for such products.
• Creative Furniture is responsible for manufacturing the product according to the dimensions, materials, and hardware information approved by the customer through the Design + Material Approval Email from the registered email address used to place the order.
• If there is any discrepancy between the approved 2D drawing and the delivered product, the customer must request a return and necessary corrections through their official email address.
• Returns will not be accepted due to natural material variations. Each piece may have unique characteristics, grain patterns, markings, oxidation, mineral stains, surface etches, natural knots, and line patterns.
• Returns will not be accepted for product installation joints or groove lines that cannot be avoided due to the product’s basic manufacturing specifications.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all bespoke orders are exactly what they require.
• Only product finishing issues will be accepted for return. In such cases, our team will attempt to modify and finish the product on-site where possible. If this is not possible, the product will be collected and returned as soon as possible with all necessary concerns noted upon delivery.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are transported safely. Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility, and Creative Furniture accepts no liability for lost goods.

Defective & Damaged Returns

No refund or credit note for any product shall be granted under any circumstances.

Delivery Day

• The customer is responsible for inspecting products immediately upon delivery to ensure they are in the required condition for installation.
• Damaged and defective products must be reported immediately by email or WhatsApp with supporting photographs.
• Products with finishing issues must be returned at the time of delivery, together with an email notification to info@creativefurniture.ae containing the order number and evidence of the issue.
• If a product has finishing issues and is not returned at the time of delivery, Creative Furniture’s delivery team will collect and return it to our location. The return shipping cost will depend on the weight and volume of the product.
• If you return an item to a location specified by the Creative Furniture Team, you are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Only the material will be dispatched for delivery after any additional installation fees have been paid.
• Our delivery team may provide assistance with on-site assembly upon request. If you ask the team to remove the packaging materials after assembly, you will be considered to have accepted the supplied products and will no longer be eligible for a return.
• If visible faults or flaws are discovered after installation, additional installation fees will apply if the product is returned for correction.
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been installed.

Product Examination Timeline

• All products must be opened and inspected by the customer within 24 hours after delivery while still in their original packaging. If this does not occur, Creative Furniture is not responsible for damage or manufacturing defects, and the order is not eligible for a refund.
• Before customers can return damaged products, Creative Furniture must issue return permission according to the terms above. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
• Even if an item is broken or defective, the packaging must be retained for returns. If a product is returned without packaging, Creative Furniture reserves the right to deduct 25% of the total product value.
• All returned goods must include all attachments and remain in their original packaging and condition. They must not be modified, used, altered, marked, or assembled.
• Packaging must be retained for returns even if an item is defective. If a product is returned without packaging, Creative Furniture is entitled to deduct 25% of the total product value.

Warranty

• All Creative Furniture products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage, issues, or defects caused by the owner modifying the product in any manner.
• A one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects is included with the products.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Small cuts, scratches, or damage sustained during cleaning are not covered by this limited warranty. Damage caused by improper product installation is also not covered.
2. Crumbling resulting from random displacement.
3. Wood deterioration caused by exposure to water and direct sunlight.
4. Over time, solid wood may develop small cracks known as checks. These are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty because they do not reduce the lifespan of the product.
5. According to industry standards, variations in floor and surface levels may result in unevenness of up to 5 mm. This is not covered under warranty.
6. Upholstery covers and cushion covers are not covered by warranty.
7. Normal depreciation.
8. Failure to use products according to published Creative Furniture or manufacturer instructions and guidelines for use, installation, reconfiguration, or maintenance.
9. Misuse, abuse, or accidents, including use of the product in unsuitable environments or conditions.
10. Staining or marking of materials over time caused by pointed or foreign objects.
11. Products that have been changed or modified.
12. Naturally occurring scars, markings, or wrinkles in leather, including changes caused by ageing, exposure to light, or direct sunlight.
13. Changes in the colour of fabrics and surface materials due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim.
14. The substitution of unauthorised non-Creative Furniture components in place of Creative Furniture components within an integrated product solution, including work surfaces, leg supports, panels, brackets, shelves, overhead bins, and other integral components.
15. Only the original purchaser is covered by the warranty.
16. The warranty does not apply if the furniture has been moved, shifted, opened, or dismantled from its original installation location by a third party.
17. Please contact us to discuss the appropriate course of action if you require warranty services for a product. Each case will be handled individually.
18. All items in our collection are handcrafted by our artisans. Therefore, colour variations, visible joints, and uneven surfaces are not considered defects.
